The Restaurant
Our restaurant was founded in January 2017 with a simple mission: to bring a unique taste of Asia to the 801 food scene. Our name, Chopfuku (pronounced chop-foo-koo), means "lucky chop-chop" in Japanese, and we’re lucky to be able to share our passion for authentic sushi and Asian dishes with you.
The Food
Our sushi bar and kitchen utilize ingredients supplied from established and well-known companies from all over the world. We import seasonal ingredients shipped straight from the markets of Japan. We take great pride in the products we bring to your table and hope to make every moment of your meal an exquisite dining experience.
