Chopfuku (pronounced chop-foo- koo) is a word that translates to ‘lucky chop chop’, the knife cutting sound. We are a modern Asian cuisine restaurant that serves from Japanese, Thai to Vietnamese cuisine. Our ultimate desire is to deliver the taste of Asia coming closer to the local Americans in a very unique way.

 

Master chef Chris Dang has over 40 years of experience in Asian cuisine. He has been constantly learning and working in the culinary field to end up creating his own outstanding taste. His entire career has traveled from Washington DC to Florida, then Texas; and now he arrives in Salt Lake city, Utah to bring his different style of cooking to the locals.
